About Ashli

Hi there! My name is Ashli and I am currently in a post graduate program interning at an elementary school working to become a speech language pathologist assistant after having received my bachelors in speech language and hearing sciences last year. I have worked in childcare for over 6 years across various age ranges from infant to preteen. Along with that, I was previously employed as a behavior interventionist within the realms of applied behavior analysis therapy for 2 years where I grew my passion for working with children who have special needs. Through the years I have come to love the bond and relationships I have created with families and their little ones which makes my job that much more rewarding. With fun and play of course comes great responsibilities which is why it is important to me to maintain flexibility in regards to the rules and routines that work well with each family on a day to day basis.
