You would be lucky to have Ash as a Nanny. She always went above and beyond for my kiddo. She was always flexible when my schedule needed it. My son has adhd and she seemed to have a way of reaching him that I just couldn't and she helped so much with things we had been struggling with for years. She truly will be missed
