I'd describe my personality as empathetic, friendly, personable. I like working with kids because I enjoy watching them grow into themselves through learning and empowerment. I'm looking for a job that is a welcoming environment where I can build a relationship with the child and family. I started working with kids when I was in college at MIT. I worked in several after school programs. This led me to get my Master's in Education from Harvard and teaching 2nd and 3rd grades. In my spare time, I like to exercise, read, visit family, and try new restaurants. One thing you should know about me is I pride myself on building relationships with those that I support. My skills include empathy, understanding, and patience.

Asia is overall a great person, I’ve known her for about 5yrs. she cared for my two older kids when they were 4 & 1 years old they have since started school full time but they loved her. She is very patient with children and even had fun, age appropriate things to do with them that will help them learn also. I would definitely recommend her.
