Hi, I am a mature mother of one who enjoys dancing, gardening, and hiking. I have been a housekeeper/companion/errand runner for 20+ years and am so incredibly grateful of how much I like my job. I am also a trauma-informed somatic coach and am very interested in working with seniors and their families experiencing grief around the end of life. I would love to work with people who need companionship, help around the house, a partner for grocery shopping and doctor's appointments, help with meals, laundry pet care and light yard work. Although I am a very hard worker, I am only interested in any work that does not involve heaving cleaning or lifting. I am still doing that a few days a week but need to listen to my body and not take on more big jobs at this time. I look forward to working with you and your family
