Gave a 3 star but really had concerns in my use of her as a petsitter, I came home early because I was quite uncomfortable. When I arrived home my backdoor was unlocked, there was glass that was broken in the kitchen around the dog kennels, in the living room on a table, and on the table where dog food meals were prepped. I was appreciative that she reacted and came to help me with such short notice. But, she couldn't start the job posting as listed, we tweeked it to go around her current schedule. I recommend not taking a job that you can't do. Her rates for over nights was not correct on care.com according to her, but she was booked by care.com and she accepted the job but let me know the rate was incorrect. I had to pay more. Which I did. She asked me for a tip or more pay after a higher pay was given. She did stay the night but I felt that she did so out of convenience rather than actually being with the senior pets that needed that extra care even attention which is why I wanted over night stays. She did end up staying over nights but I read texts that she didn't sleep in the living room on the bed there with the pets rather in a room away from most of the pets. She didn't listen to some major things that were important, she did go out of her way to come the first night to do a meet and greet but the booking ad was supposed to have someone start that night, which she could not do. She is a quiet person. She didn't have enough experience which put me in a position to worry the entire time I was gone. We texted a ton of times and even then it just made me more high anxiety. I was away for a tradeshow so I rushed back.
