About Autumn

I'd describe my personality as warm, enthusiastic, welcoming. I like working with kids because they are honest, easy to be around, and I am experienced and feel confident and comfortable in the position. I'm looking for a job that pays well for kind people. I started working with kids as I grew up, I spent time in the classroom with my mom who was a teacher. I got a job working in early childcare education during my second year of college. I also have a bachelors degree in human development and family studies with a concentration in early childhood professions. In my spare time, I like to hike, spend time with my dog, and cook new meals with my fiancé. One thing you should know about me is I am motivated to work and knowledgeable about caring for children. My skills include de-escalating overwhelming scenarios, helping children find regulation tactics, playing fun games and getting to know the kiddo to help them feel comfortable.
