About Ava

Hi my name is Ava and I thoroughly enjoy working with children! I am a very responsible, trustworthy, and patient person who has over 7 years of experience caring for children- from 4 months old to teenagers. In addition to my years of mother's helping and babysitting for several families, I have been involved with Girl Scouts- from kindergarten to senior year of high school. During this time, I organized and hosted many events, involving young children. Additionally, I worked as an arts and crafts instructor for all ages for two summers at a local country club. I also taught field hockey at a clinic, to girls ages 8 to 16. Over the past year, I worked at a daycare as a lead teacher for ages starting at infants up to pre-k. My vast experience working with children of all ages makes me a very qualified caretaker, who provides fun activities, but also positive reinforcement, if need be.
