About Bailey

I assist 14 residents (at home, independent living) with ADLs, including hygiene and exercise. I manage bed-to-chair transfers and assistance with any other transfers including wheelchair to scooter, walker to chair, walker to toilet etc.. I monitor patient schedules, including doctor's appointments which I can transport to/from, exercise routines, medication schedules, recreation, and family visits. I implement group/solo activities (movie nights, games, hobbies) that are offered at home or at assisted living facilities. I also monitor BP, diabetics, weight, and medication. I preform housekeeping (light and heavy) duties like cleaning, laundry, and meals. I enjoy organizing homes ensuring I make the most of my visited time with my clients. I enjoy well checks when the family requests, making grocery lists of needs/wants and online or in person shopping. I always follow best practices for patient care and home regulations, ensuring patient safety with 0 incident reports.
