About Barbara

My name is Barbara Harris-Woodard, JD MA. I specialize in working with adults and seniors who have learning disabilities, and also individuals who need life coaching and support. I'd describe my personality as attentive, responsive, and caring. I like working with people because it's an opportunity to lead by example and support development and growth. I'm looking for a job that allows me to utilize my skills and assist. I started working with kids when I was 16 years old as a caregiver for a working family in a new community. I am a certified teacher, a mom, and a life long learner. In my spare time, I like to read, roller skate, historical research, watch movies, shop and learn new things. One thing you should know about me is I am honest and fair and I understand the trust I'm given when working with people. I am able to meet them where they are and work with them to excel. My skills include patience, adolescent development understanding, extremely experienced.
