About Bayli

I have worked in childcare professionally for about 11 years. I take a child-lead, play/Montessori approach. I am currently a mother to a very active toddler and would need to be able to bring her with me to jobs. I am also a student working towards my bachelors in public health and my IBCLC. I have been a doula, a med tech as well. I love working with kids, teaching the next generation how to be fierce and compassionate is a passion of mine. My profile will say ASL and I want to add a disclaimer- I am nowhere near fluent but I have Deaf and HoH family so I can keep up with most conversation. My child is also non-verbal and I have been teaching her ASL so we can communicate. I have a passion for ASL and once my little is old enough to go to school I plan to become an interpreter as well.
