Good morning parents, I am glad you've come to care. com to find a sitter. While you're searching for your regular sitter, I'd like to suggest that you also form a list of backup options. I'm interested in being the very last name on that list. Why would I ask to be on the bottom? Because I'm an on call sitter that is available last minute for needs that come up unexpectedly or when you've planned but your sitter had to cancel. Sounds odd, doesn't it? Well, here's how it works. We meet asap once you've read through my profile and decide that it's a great idea. ;-) Then you text me within 2 hours of needs that come up. It can be something short for running errands, going to a Dr appt, getting your hair done, having lunch with a friend. Or, it can be for your work shift. No scheduling. No heads up. Just 2 hrs (or less) notice before you'd like me to come. Let's get together this week.
