When I was In Highschool I started working in nursing, at a nursing home in my area in their dining services and I fell in love with the residents! After I graduated high-school, I started the cna program through my work and got my CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) and then did the CMT program and got my CMT (Certified Medication Technician) I worked full time with both. As a CNA I did basic ADL care, bathing, transfers, feeding, ect. As a CMT, I prepared and administered medications, took blood sugars, administered insulin, breathing treatments, creams, first aid treatments, etc. I have also graduated a 2 year nursing program. I'm experienced with Dementia and Alzheimer's patients. I worked at the nursing home for 12 years and as my family grew, I'm married with four daughters, I decided to stop working there and start doing home health. Ive done it now for 10+ years! I am now looking for a new patient and Family to help!
