I spent over 10 years taking care of both of my elderly parents at separate times in their lives. My dad required weekly assistance with housekeeping, meal planning, shopping, doctors appointments, medication management. Also transportation to and from activities and family events. My mother required assistance with light housekeeping, Transportation to and from doctors appointments. Assistance with yardwork, medication management, motivation to stay physically active, and also assistance with personal care at the end. Most recently worked with an elderly couple in Santa Monica. I was with them for 3. 5 years. All aspects of companionship and care, including household management, meal preparation, and shopping, personal care needs for both husband and wife, managing daily calendars and activities, including doctors appointments and events. I am very organized, very patient, and very detailed in my work. Excellent cook.
