About Bernadette

Hello, As a child and young adult, my mother spent most of her working life caring for seniors. I always loved visiting her at work and chatting with her clients. I especially liked listening to all their stories. As I approach semi-retirement, I would like to continue the work that my mother inspired in me. I have had a few different careers and most recently (the past 15 years) I have been a professional nanny. I love the kids but feel it is time to move on. I am CPR and first aid certified. Also, I have a 36-year-old son with ALS so I am experienced with medication management, PEG tube feedings, the use of lifts, wheelchairs, etc. I can be quiet or carry on a good conversation with many diverse topics. I have lived in 10 different states, traveled extensively, both domestic and international, and am an avid reader. I look forward to speaking with you.
