Hello parents! My name is Bianca. All my life I have maintained a postive attitude as well as giving my all into everything I wanted to accomplish. As the oldest of 4, ever since I was 14, I took care of my younger siblings since my parents were stuck working. As for outside of my family life, I worked with kids for 5 years. I attended 2 different summer camps, and got to work with hundreds of kids ranging from ages 1-13, learning how they work and how to deal with multiple different personalities. Understanding and distinguishing how to work with kids is something I find so beautiful. As a side hustle, I coached girl cheerleaders ages 5-13 for 4 years, and with this I learned out to deal with big groups of kids and learn how to deal with stress in a calm matter. For my extracurricular, I am a cheerleader in highschool, and from this I have gained qualities such as being a strong leader, teamwork, patience, and most importantly communication.
