About Bianca

I have a background in restaurant management with a Culinary degree from the Art Institute of Indianapolis. I was accelerating my career as a fine dining manager when Covid hit. After the unfortunate news of my restaurant shutting down, I decided to go back to my roots and start helping families again! I have cared for seven different families with a total of 10 kiddos ages ranging from newborn to 6 years old since October of 2015. Prior to relocating, I babysat my niece for five years. I take pride in what I do, the families I have worked for and of course the children I look after. I enjoy reading to kids, playing outside, and preparing meals together. I'm very good with following direction and taking action when teaching kids the essentials in early childhood development. I love surrounding myself with kids of all ages. I'm very dependable and trustworthy when it comes to dealing with children. It's a passion of mine to help others. I'm flexible and will work with any schedule!
