As a caregiver with four years of experience, I am dedicated to fostering children's growth and development. My passion for caring for children stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and my desire to support families by providing reliable childcare. Patience and calmness are the cornerstones of my personality, and I always strive to create a friendly and approachable environment for the children in my care. Open communication with parents is crucial to me, and I provide written daily reports and verbal communication at pickup, adapting to the parents' preferred method of communication. I believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules. My approach to playtime is varied, encompassing outdoor sports and physical games, board games and puzzles, and educational games that promote learning. My experience allows me to comfortably care for up to four children at a time. Apart from English, I am also fluent in Spanish.
