Hi, my name is Bonnie and I live in North Port, FL. I came down to Florida in 2008 to take care of my mother as she had COPD. She had broken her hip and I was her caregiver till she went into an ADL. She kept falling and getting worse. She past away in November 2010 when her kidneys failed. So ever since I had taken care of her I always felt sorry for the residents that didn't have any family or they did though they never came to visit them. I care deeply for the elderly and do want to feel needed to help them as much as I can. I have been also taking care of my boyfriend's grandmother as she had Parkinson's and Dementia as she did . The kids love hearing Bonnie will be coming over to babysit. She is always engaging the kids and they are always having a great time. Bonnie is our go to babysitter when we need someone for date nights and school functions
