I have been babysitting for about 9 years now and have had much interaction with children over the years in different settings. I have taught swim lessons to children for 6 years so I am very familiar with the behaviors and the enjoyment of children of all ages. I have worked heavily with special needs care as well. I currently work part-time for an adult day program for individuals with disabilities. My mother is a preschool teacher and I definitely inherited the passion for working with children from her. I hope to go to graduate school next year to specialize in pediatric occupational therapy.
