Brisi is one of the most punctual and highly reliable care providers we have worked with. The only reason we are not working with her now has got to do with us being extra careful during these pandemic times with sheltering in place. Given some of my ore-existing conditions, we are not letting anyone at home and are quite actively isolating ourselves. Brisi, in fact agreed to wear a mask, she tested negative and has been extremely cooperative with us. We, voluntarily decided to do this ourselves keeping in mind our health background. Brisi was very caring and loving with our daughter. She is very professional and works well with the family. Sh both, sets clear expectations and also works well when clear expectations are set in return. We are sad to see Brisi go but due to our limitations are not left with much of a choice.
