About Brooke

I have cared for numerous families throughout my life. I started babysitting at 12 and have never stopped. I am a licensed cosmetologist who was just worn out from managing the salon I was at. I worked as an assistant teacher in the toddler room at a daycare and quickly realized that working in childcare is my passion. I proceeded to go to GRCC and get my Child Development Associates Certificate(CDA). After that I switched to the infant room as the lead teacher. As a lead, not only did I do normal routine care for 3-8 babies every day, I also was in charge of meal plans, activities and crafts. Once Covid hit and the daycare shut down I became a nanny to a family for 4 children. I believe that educational activities, crafts, going outside daily and routine is very important for child development. Being a caregiver is my life passion and having an honest, healthy and open relationship with the family is HUGE to me. I am a big animal lover and in my eyes, pets are not just!
