About Brynn

I'm a patient, calm, creative, friendly, and approachable caregiver with four years of experience. I'm comfortable caring for up to four children of all ages, and I have a car, so transportation is not an issue. I was motivated to become a caregiver because I love supporting families and providing a reliable childcare option. My favorite part of the job is seeing the children in my care grow and learn. I feel privileged to play a role in their development. I believe that communication is key in any relationship, and this is especially true when it comes to childcare. I make sure to keep parents updated on their child's day, whether it be through regular text updates or phone calls. I also follow the parents' preferred communication method to ensure that they are comfortable and informed. I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, and I believe that it's important to be consistent with discipline.
