About Caitlin

My name is Caitlin and I'm originally from Upstate New York. I'm currently working as a Speech Language Pathologist in the public education system (elementary and middle school). You may be wondering why I'm interested in transitioning to a nanny role. That's a great question! I've truly enjoyed my time working as a speech therapist but I've grown a strong interest in utilizing my skills in a more personal position such as a nanny. I love the idea of working with a family where I can be an integral part of helping raise independent, well adjusted children and run a smooth home. I have many years of full time, professional and personal experience working with children from preschool to school age. Prior to working in the schools, I provided specialized therapy to children on the spectrum as a Behavioral Therapist in an early intervention program for a nonprofit organization. Additionally, in my spare time I have helped many families with after school, date night and weekend childcare.
