About Caitlyn

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, loving, caring, and passionate! I truly love spending time with children and have always known I wanted to work with them, I graduated from Kent State University with a Bachelors in Science and will be studying to become a Pediatric Occupational Therapist in graduate school! I am pretty open and flexible when it comes to different days and time slots for available jobs! I have done many continuous jobs for families with children ranging from newborn to 12 and I am excited to expand to new families! In my spare time I love to spend time with my loved ones and I love to do any outside activities as much as possible! One thing you should know about me is I am extremely understanding and I always try my best to be as flexible as I possibly can be! My skills include problem solving, compassion/empathy, and patience especially when it comes to communicating with any child!
