About Caitlynn

Hi there! I am a deans list undergraduate college student at Indiana University South Bend. I am majoring in Psychology and minoring in Criminal Justice. I plan on getting at least a masters degree and later going into elementary school psychology, so I will be in the area at least the next couple of years. I am currently the manager of a childcare facility that looks after school age children. I am in charge of 100+ children a day, so I have experience with every kind of child whether shy, outgoing, etc. I am also in charge of creating all lesson plans , creating fun and engaging activities, and managing IEP plans and behavioral plans. I have had this job for a little over a year now , and have babysat for multiple families in the past. I am now looking to continue my experience in childcare in a smaller setting, such as nannying for a family.
