About Cara

Experience: 10 yrs

Hi families! I'm Cara and I've been a postpartum doula and nanny for the last 10 years. I'm currently working with a few amazing families but have 1 twice a week slot opening up in December for postpartum doula support, sleep training consultations, child developmental check-ins, or date nights. In my 10 years of working with kiddos my experience has varied between being a CNA in postpartum at a hospital in LA, postpartum doula, live-in/full time nanny, and sleep training support. My current focus is sleep training, postpartum support, lactation support, chest/bottle feeding, colic, and reaching developmental milestones. Although I lean towards a Montessori and gentle parenting approach, I always have a heavy emphasis on aligning to what truly works best for each kiddo and family dynamic. LGBTQIA2S+ families always welcomed and honored. I look forward to connecting with you all! Please reach out for scheduling questions and learning about future availability.

Cara has been an amazing nanny for our 7-month-old son, and we couldn’t be happier with the care she’s provided. One of her standout qualities is her expertise in sleep training. She worked with us to establish a consistent sleep routine, which has made a world of difference for our son’s naps and nighttime sleep. She’s has a deep understanding of baby sleep patterns, and her tips on soothing techniques and adjusting wake windows have been spot on. But Cara doesn’t just stop at sleep training—she’s also incredibly knowledgeable about feeding, developmental milestones, and all the tools and equipment that make life with a baby easier. She’s been a huge resource for us as new parents. On top of that, Cara is always on time, super friendly, and genuinely cares about our family. She’s not afraid to go the extra mile, whether it’s helping with laundry, doing the dishes, or keeping the house in order. It’s the little things like this that really set her apart. We highly recommend Cara to anyone looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and caring nanny. She’s been such a great addition to our family, and we know she’ll do the same for others.
