Responsibilities including activities of daily living: bathing, toileting, grooming and feeding patients. Changing linens and keeping rooms organized. During my time as a home health aide my responsibilities broadened with grocery shopping, meal preparation, laundry, dishes, and general maintenance of the home. I was also driving and accompanying my client to doctor's appointments, parties and any other outings she was attending during the day. I was also requested to attend outings not on my regular schedule but was compensated for over time ex: wedding, birthday parties. Days off: Thanksgiving (27-28), Christmas Eve/Christmas, and October 18-19. I love what I do and caring for others is a true passion of mine. I look forward to meeting your loved one.
