I have a lot of baby experience- I helped my sister post-partum with my niece (now 3!), I also was a full time nanny for a 4-month-old a couple years ago. I feel extremely comfortable with helping with all stages and ages of babies, as well as helping support you in whatever way will be helpful (cooking, organizing, laundry, or someone to acknowledging how exhausting parenting can be!) I am more than happy to provide references as well. I am fully vaccinated and extremely careful with who I see.
