About Carly

Compassionate and dedicated experienced child care worker as an in-home nanny and in-school day care Program Coordinator. Away from being a leader, I can empathize well with children as I listen to their problems and help them to come up with solutions individually or with their peers. Having 5 years total experience in both home and school settings has given me the ability to be creative and even more than I was before working in child care. I have also obtained communication and organizational skills while being in this field of work! I'd describe my personality as energetic, kind hearted, and caring! I started working with kids when I was 18! In my spare time, I like to do photography/ design, spend time with friends and family, be outside, and go to church! My skills include communication, decision making, and problem resolution.
