I have background in caregiving, having worked in private homes caring for mentally disabled patients and dedicating my time to providing support to my handicapped father. Additionally, I have experience in culinary arts, preparing meals for up to 220 individuals daily at a private school. My skill set includes the ability to cook healthy meals from scratch and adhere to specific dietary requirements. I am proficient in assisting with dressing, personal hygiene, bathing, housekeeping, and ensuring the punctual administration of medication. I do have some limitations when it comes to heavy lifting. I am currently seeking part-time employment as a companion caregiver, offering my expertise in meal preparation, maintaining a clean and organized environment, and providing transportation to medical appointments.
