Carmen is highly skilled in senior caregiving. Her experience has been a blessing. She can deal with the most difficult situations and remain professional and calm. Her communication has been excellent. Since I am not local and not able to be close to the day to day I rely on her judgement and quick communication. I definitely recommend her.
