About Carol

I have 20+ years experience as a health care professional with 10+ years in home and community health services. I enjoy working with older people and delighted to help people remain in their homes safely. I have lots of hobbies such as quilting and gardening and have experience as a Wellness Coach and can suggest ways to improve safety around the home and help with improving quality of life by activities such as gardening, chair yoga, mindfulness. I can assist with medication reminders and personal care. Light housekeeping is also something I'm glad to do for seniors and meal planning is fun to do with my clients making more healthful choices when appropriate. For companionship we can do gentle chair yoga together, during quiet moments I love to read to clients or watch favorite movies/programs together. Table games such as Scrabble to keep the mind sharp are also a favorite activity. Looking forward to meeting and caring for clients in their homes.
