We hired Carol after a meet and greet with my 85 year old disabled father. She was responsive/communicative, had great bedside manner (was kind and caring), & was proficient with transfers. Although my dad took a downward turn shortly after we hired her, she continued to keep up with us until he passed, showing a high level of empathy compassion. (Thank you Carol.)
