About Caroline

Caroline has been our full-time nanny for the better part of three years, from our daughter’s infancy to her starting school. Caroline has been awesome from day one. She seems to have an endless reservoir of energy; I don’t know how she keeps it up all day. She is sweet and playful. She has been so thoughtful in encouraging activities to stimulate our daughter at each step of her development. She has a lot of knowledge of childhood development, behavior modifications, etc. This may seem a bit odd to mention, but her grammar is perfect, which was important to us, given that so much language development happens in the first few years. Caroline has always been reliable; we’ve never had any anxiety about timeliness or knowing that we can count on her. We’ve felt comfortable having her drive around Austin with our daughter to go to splashpads, the library, etc. We always wanted her focus to be on our daughter, but when time permits, she is super helpful with laundry, picking-up, and meal prep. She’s also in our house for eight hours a day, and it’s awesome that she is funny, insightful, and interesting to talk to. A year ago, we were out of the country for two months, and we paid her the whole time—we really didn’t want to lose her. We are going to miss Caroline, and I know she will serve your family well.
