We can’t speak highly enough of Caroline - your children are in good hands with her. She started taking care of our infant son when he was just three months old and immediately instilled confidence in us and developed a rapport with him. I was a little nervous to have anyone else take care of him because he had difficulty eating in those early months, but she jumped right in with confidence, and it was never an issue. Caroline got our baby hooked on reading about monkeys and “playing” the piano. She is patient, attentive, and so sweet with our little guy. Additionally, she is always very responsible and respectful in our home, constantly looking for ways to help out. She is comfortable taking care of babies in a variety of situations and has excellent communication skills. Caroline is definitely part of our “village,” and we’re so grateful that our paths have crossed!
