Caroline is an amazing nanny in every way! Patient, kind, punctual, anything you can think of. Our daughter loves her and feels like she is part of the family. Caroline cared for our daughter full time from 3mo to 2.5 years, and is caring for her part time through the end of the year while we ease into preschool. She helped us so much through major milestones, and always has great advice from all her experience. I've never seen Caroline surprised by anything, she is a true professional. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend Caroline to anyone! She has truly been a blessing for our family.
