About Carolyn

My personal experience started at age 12 working as a babysitter for many families and summer camp programs. I have been a nanny before and stayed with the family for over a year until the child entered school. I worked at a country club in the child minding facilities. This included childcare, camps and large family events for children ages 6 months to 12 years old. I have experience working with children of many different ages and abilities. I have interned in a public school setting with large classes as well as enjoyed the one on one time with small groups preschool age children. I am able to approach many different situations and adapt to meet the needs of the child. I believe in positive reinforcement and creating a safe and loving environment for every child. I have my Associate Degree in Early Childhood Development.
