About Carolyn

Hello! I'm Carolyn, a mom of three and grandma of seven who was born with a strong nurturing/mothering instinct. From "mothering" my younger siblings and cousins as a child to caring for my grandchildren, children have always been the light of my life. There isn't a photo of me as a child without a doll in my arms. My ambition was to be a teacher, but l married my first year of college and had my first child within a year, detouring me from that career to focusing on motherhood. I did in home daycare for eight years, teaching a professional preschool curriculum to the little ones. Now as a grandma who works in the mental health field, I continue to be fascinated with learning more all the time about intuitive, gentle parenting and how best to raise emotionally healthy, strong, resilient kids. I work full time during the day but am available some evenings to help you out with your kids/household needs and am eager to meet you! Care will be in your home - Carolyn
