Hello! My name is Cassy. I grew up in a small rural town in a house filled with animals. My parents are both animal lovers and I grew up to be one as well! My mom is a vet tech. and taught me how to care for and respect animals of all kinds. My dad is a large animal keeper at The Wilds. He works with the rhinos and taught me safe handling practices of large animals from a very young age. I worked in a horse barn when I was in high school. I have personally owned dogs, cats, hamsters, guinea pig, geckos, bearded dragon, chickens, sheep, donkey, and a horse. I have experience handling a wide variety of other animals as well.
