I've always had a deep-seated passion for nurturing children's growth and development, which led me to become a dedicated childcare provider with 13 years of experience. I've had the privilege of caring for up to three children at a time, ranging from newborns to preteens. My patient and calm demeanor, along with my friendly and approachable nature, allows me to easily connect with children and build trusting relationships. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing regular updates about their child's day and promptly addressing any concerns that arise. I believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, ensuring a consistent and harmonious environment for the children.
