About Cathy

I am an experienced nanny, mother of two grown children, and a recent college graduate. (I returned to school to finish my degree after years of raising my family and working). I hold a BA degree in Educational Studies/Autism Spectrum Disorders. Along with paid experience caring for children ages newborn to seven years, I have experience as a toddler teacher at The Nest school in Hudson. Along with a co-teacher, I used a daily educational curriculum for a class of 10-14 children, ages 2 1/2 - 3 years. I am a caring and attentive caregiver who likes to do little extras like make creative gifts for family members, bake and do crafts with children, and work education and learning into each day. I am looking to obtain a full time position with that special family who will allow me to use my skills, both academically and personally, to become a part of their child's life while providing care and assistance to the family as a whole!
