About Caya

Hi families! My name is Caya and I am a current student at Howard University. I have been caring for children for a little under a year, mostly carpooling, doing homework, grocery shopping, cooking, putting to bed, and overall having fun with children. I have worked at the Neighborhood Club in Grosse Pointe where I taught swim lessons to kids from 13 months up to 8 years old. I also have worked for a tutoring company located in Mexican Village where I tutored kids after school in subjects including math, English, and reading. I love kids, and I am looking for a job over the summer until early to mid August when I return to Washington DC for my sophomore year of college. I currently reside in Grosse Pointe, but as I have a car I am willing to travel to different parts of Michigan. I'd describe my personality as welcoming, empathetic, and bubbly. I'm looking for a job that is flexible, and allows me the opportunity to meet amazing families and kids.
