Chelsea was warm and professional from our first conversation. Our baby smiled at her when she first walked through the door- a good sign. During the interview Chelsea made attempts to play with our daughter, which showed Chelsea's immediate comfort level with babies. We had a trial day which went well despite our daughter being in the middle of the stranger anxiety phase. They played and read books on the floor. Chelsea also helped with emptying the dishwasher and cleaning the baby's bottle. We look forward to welcoming Chelsea into our family.
