This caregiver is highly unprofessional and unreliable. She did not show up for a confirmed booking and did not even bother to communicate until we reached out. She said she did not have the address which is strange because care.com provides the location where service is to be provided. When asked she did not even bother to apologize. It was very critical for us to have received caregiver service and her no show impacted us severely. I do not recommend this person for any caregiving service.
