About Cheryl

I was the at home caregiver for my fiancé who was dying from cancer during Covid. Hospice help came in once per week to help but I took on the responsibility willingly. His 96-year-old father also lived with us. I am compassionate with people who are declining in health and know they need to be treated with dignity and genuine care. I'd describe my personality as very positive, adventurous, compassionate I like caring for seniors because I've seen firsthand how a little bit of work on my part is such a huge help to those who can't do some of the things they used to. I also see that they are energized by my energy and presence. In my spare time, I like to spend time with my family and friends, kayak, paddle board, get out in nature. I love getting a good workout. I would want to know that I had someone that I could trust to be of help to my parents who need help. That's what I can be for others. My skills include light household help, companionship, transportation
