Hello! My name is Cheryl, I am 34 years old and have lived in Philadelphia my entire life. I have my BA in Theology/Elementary Education and also some nursing experience. I have 16 years of care giving experience. Several of those years were spent working in long term care facilities, assisting both mobile and immobile patients; handling a variety of different cases. I have done live-in positions as well, and for two years, spent time working one on one with elderly individuals who suffered from psychiatric issues. The majority of my years as a caregiver have been spent caring for the Geriatric population, especially those who have been diagnosed with Alzheimer's Disease and Dementia. Those illnesses are close to my heart and I take a great interest in gaining as much experience as I can in those fields. I am currently looking for a part-time or full-time position.
