About Chiara

I'd describe my personality as positive, caring, and fun. I like working with kids because they make me laugh and see the world in a different light. I'm looking for a job that keeps me on my toes as well as a job that is flexible because I am currently a full time graduate student at UT Austin. I started working with kids when I was in middle school and began babysitting. I have since worked with kids as a coach as well as a teacher with a wide variety of ages (1-16yrs) and needs. My first job out of college was an assistant teacher for a pre-k class, where I was promoted within five months to the lead teacher in the toddler class. In my spare time, I like to learn, exercise, cook, bake, and spend time with my fiance. One thing you should know about me is I am extremely patient and love to teach. My skills include teaching, behavior management, and Reggio-Montessori ideologies.
