I am compassionate, reliable, and respectful. I have 10+ years (and going) in health care. My personal strength is taking care of others using a holistic approach. I treat patients for same way I treat family. Everyone should be treated with dignity, respected & valued. One thing I've learned through the years is that some elderly people feel like they are losing their dignity b/c they require assistance when they didn't before. My goal is to make sure that there's a sense of pride & do what I can to provide positive experiences-this can truly impact a person's health. I can assist with preparing meals taking into account dietary restrictions- I'm not exactly a chef but will do my best. Optimization of activities of daily living & safely providing a sense of independence. Assessments, treatment regimens, and medication compliance. I can provide companionship.
