Quality senior care improves quality of life! I began providing private-duty care for a senior in the summer of 2007 as a very part-time role while still a homemaker raising children. This care-managing role was for a retired school teacher who hired a team of caregivers so she could remain in her home as long as possible. I was with her for 5 years. I've since provided care for many clients on a one-on-one basis in the comfort and security of their own homes and in Independent Living settings. My experience includes care management, companion care, dementia care, hospice care, mobility assistance, assistance with all ADL's, skin issues, medication reminders, transportation, and more. I've had dementia training under Teepa Snow, fall-risk & prevention training, and I carry current CPR & AED certifications. A background and BMV check is in included in this profile. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with family, the Arts, cooking, and volunteering both locally & abroad.

We could not have asked for a more reliable, kind, caring, experienced and dependable caregiver as Tina. She always went above and beyond to make certain mom was comfortable and cared for properly. Our mother was a complete invalid but had all her faculties. It was not an easy job but Tina was always there for mom providing comfort and reassurance. I would highly recommend Tina to anyone looking for an experienced and loving caregiver.
