About Christine

I love the elderly because they have lived so much life, are filled with great stories, have so much wisdom and deserve a lot of credit for the life they've lived. All my grandparents have passed away, and I miss them dearly. They provided such love, comfort and great advice to me. I was fortunate to get to spend time with them while they were alive especially my 2 grandmothers. One lived near me, and I was able to see her often. The other lived further away but I had the pleasure of spending a summer as her companion - helping with meals, reading together, driving to doctors appointments, running errands, cleaning and enjoying each others company. I would hope to be given an opportunity like this again because it was a joy to me before.
